T&M Instrument Amplifier

Not all amplifiers are created equal, so how can you be certain that an amplifier will work for your needs? You deserve to be confident that the amplifiers used with your test-and measurement lab benches will meet the requirements of your specific applications, are reliable, and are equally well-supported pre-and post-sale. When it comes to application expertise, reliability and support, there is no company that does it better than Maury

Active Load Pull System

The MT1000 and MT2000 are turnkey one-box load pull solutions that replace the functions typically performed by passive fundamental and harmonic impedance tuners, VNAs, NVNAs, analog signal generators, vector signal generators, vector signal analyzers and oscilloscopes, and add the capabilities of high-speed load pull measurements and wideband impedance control for modulated signals.

Automated Impedance Tuner

As leaders of the first commercial automated tuners Maury Microwave continues to innovate and expand our portfolio. Our XT-series tuners represent the next evolution in tuner technology. Faster, more accurate and more repeatable impedance control ideal for device characterization, VSWR sweeps, our maximizing power transfer from a generator to the load. Our NT-series tuners have been designed for on-wafer applications with maximum VSWR at the probe tip.

Cryogenic Impedance Tuner

The CT-series cryogenic automated tuner is driven by an external controller, which connects to the tuner through included wiring, and is USB-controlled via direct SCPI commands.

Manual Impedance Tuner

Based on precision slide screw technology, Maury’s manual tuners offers great positional repeatability with its LCD readout for carriage position and high matching range utilizing two probes to maintain performance across the band. Our manual tuners are ideal for use as a variable impedance source for applications such as device characterization or for maximizing power transfer between a generator and a load.

Stub Tuner

Stub tuners are impedance transformers designed to introduce a variable shunt susceptance into a coaxial transmission line. Maury offers a comprehensive line of broadband stub tuners designed to satisfy the majority of applications whether its to maximize power transfer between a generator and a load or for introducing a mismatch into an otherwise matched system.

Pulsed IV Characterization System

The AM3200-series pulsed IV system is the perfect tool for biasing transistors in quasi-isothermal conditions and enabling accurate compact modeling activities. The AM3200 is capable of providing pulse widths down to 200ns for quasi-iso thermal transistor operation and up to 200s for characterizing trapping effects as well as providing non-zero quiescent bias control for identifying gate-lag and drain lag effects.

Pulsed IV SMU System

The AM3100 is a standalone SMU system for pulsed load pull and general-purpose test pulsed applications. Great for biasing transistors or circuits in pulsed conditions to avoid self-heating and ensure quasi-isothermal conditions during measurements.

InsightPro Noise Parameters Characterization

InsightPro is a cutting-edge, wizard-driven software platform developed by engineers for engineers, specifically designed to simplify and enhance the extraction of noise parameters, including noise figure.

IVCAD Pulsed IV, Load Pull and Modeling Software

Increasing time-to-market demand calls for a streamlined and efficient measurement and modeling device characterization tools. IVCAD provides the most complete commercial turnkey solution to cover design flow from component to circuit to system integrating an efficient flow including bench control, measurement, model extraction, model validation, automation, analysis and reporting.

MMW-STUDIO mmW and Sub-THz Active Load Pull Software

MMW-STUDIO mmW and Sub-THz characterization software suite is designed to work with a 4-port VNA using waveguide extender modules and add accurate and repeatable high-resolution power control for direct measurement of vector corrected power and s-parameter measurements at the DUT reference plane.

MT2001 Active Load Pull Software

The MT2001 active load pull software is the application that controls the MT1000 and MT2000 mixed-signal active load pull systems. The MT1000 and MT2000 are turnkey one-box load pull solutions that replace the functions typically performed by passive fundamental and harmonic impedance tuners.

MTUNE Tuner Characterization and Control Software

MTUNE is a software package that allows device calibration/characterization and control of multiple tuner configurations for automated impedance tuning. It may be used in any application requiring the ability to match the impedance of a microwave circuit element or to establish specific impedances at a terminal interface at various frequencies.

Current Probe

AVCP-series current probes are based on a series resistor and differential amplifier which generates an output voltage proportional to the current flowing through the resistor. Large series resistors are used to create a large voltage drop in order to measure extremely low currents in the order of uA and mA.

Load Pull Test Fixture

Maury’s MT964 test fixtures are designed for load pull applications, offering a low loss design for higher VSWR tuning. Our fixtures come complete with a TRL calibration kit to ensure proper de-embedding up to the device package reference plane ensuring that.

Low-Loss High Power Coupler

The LLC-series of bidirectional airline couplers represents a breakthrough in high-power coupler technology. Combining precision machining with stellar electrical characteristics, LLC-series couplers offer unmatched performance offering high directivity and low insertion loss for broadband performance.

Low-Loss Pulsed Bias Tee

The MBT-series of bias tees is based on Maury’s patented broadband capacitor (US Patent 9,614,267) which simultaneously enables the industry’s widest bandwidth, lowest insertion loss and lowest return loss in a coaxial bias tee up to 18 GHz. I

Multiplexer

Maury’s line of diplexers (DP-series) and triplexers (TP-series) are designed for applications which require combining/ splitting signals at or around harmonic frequencies (nFo) and are connectorized for design-in and test and measurement applications.

Noise Conditioning Module

Noise occurs naturally in any active device or circuit limiting the minimum levels of useful signals causing unwanted interference on weaker signals. Therefore, it is important to design circuits to minimize the effects of noise by quantifying them in the form of noise parameters.
